- Summer Clinic Forms-

2008 Free Summer Clinics Reservation Form
 Free Clinics include:  Cheerleading Clinic, Dee Jay Clinic, Skate Clinic, 5-Star Basketball Clinic, Circus Clinic, Rock Band Clinic, Hip Hop Dance Clinic, Equestrian Clinic, Horse Care Clinic, Competitive Tennis Clinic, Spy Camp, Survival Camp and Paintball Camp.

Spy Camp Release Forms
 Paintball, quad riding and jet ski classes are included in the Spy Camp Program.  These 3 classes however are optional and not required to receive the "Secret Agent Certification."   Campers who want to participate in the paintball, quad riding or jet ski classes must have the appropriate release forms on file before they can be scheduled.
